From Mill to Shipment

Goods are packed or press-baled to order and moved inland to the port or delivery point. Our commercial team coordinates documentation, inspection and shipment with the buyer and carriers.

How an Order Runs

Enquiry to container, in five steps. Testing can be commercially important for specialised products.

    Specification & Quotation

    We review specification, quantity, packing, terms, destination and any batching or food-grade requirements before quoting.

  2. 02

    Sampling & Technical Confirmation

    For new specifications, we prepare samples or trial constructions for approval before bulk.

  3. 03

    Production

    Confirmed orders are scheduled for production with in-process quality controls against the agreed specification.

  4. 04

    Inspection & Laboratory Testing

    Finished goods are inspected against approved samples. Buyer or third-party inspection and lab testing, including MOSH / MOAH, arranged as required.

    Packing & Shipment

    Goods are packed, marked and prepared for despatch with the required commercial and export documentation.
