Specialised Quality

Food-Grade & Hydrocarbon-Controlled Production

Food and sensitive agricultural orders often add requirements for batching, hydrocarbons, cleanliness, printing, handling and third-party verification. We offer vegetable-oil and hydrocarbon-free batching, and build selected sacks to buyer or market food-grade requirements.

  • 01

    Vegetable-Oil Treated

A vegetable-oil batching emulsion in place of conventional mineral-oil processing.

  • 02

    Hydrocarbon-Free

Hydrocarbon-free processing to the agreed specification and testing criteria.

  • 03

    Food-Grade

Built to buyer-defined food-grade requirements: construction, batching, cleanliness, printing, handling and testing.

Laboratory verification: third-party testing, including MOSH / MOAH, arranged to buyer requirement. We do not publish universal limits as a standard guarantee.

What a Buyer Can Expect

  • Specification Agreed Before Production

Construction, dimensions, weight, finish, marking and packing are confirmed before production starts.

  • Sampling for New Specifications

For new or custom constructions, samples can be prepared for technical and commercial approval before bulk production.

  • Third-Party Inspection

Buyer-appointed inspection agencies can be accommodated by arrangement during production or before shipment.
